Comprising 10 dedicated members, they deliver whole coffee cherries to a central processing station renowned for its meticulous practices. Over the years, the introduction of a new wet mill has refined their process, elevating quality with each harvest. Cultivating a blend of predominantly Timor Hybrid and Typica cultivars at elevations ranging from 1500 to 1600 meters above sea level, farmers in this region have crafted a distinct flavor profile. The washed Timor Sabelu Dukurai coffees stand as a testament to their dedication, offering a unique taste within the rich tapestry of Southeast Asia and Indonesia's coffee-producing regions.
